RATES
Residential
1/2 Day Session (4 hrs.) - $300
Full Day Session (6 hrs.) - $450
($35.00 - $75.00) an hour
*4 hour minimum. 2 people (if necessary). 3 or more people are available at an increased rate.
Relocation Services - Purging/Packing/Unpacking
Packing: We supervise movers and assist with *purchasing packing supplies, inventory list & pictures.
Unpacking: We break down & haul off boxes & packing material.
$80.00 an hour
*4 hour minimum, 2 People. 3 or more people are available at an increased rate.
Small Businesses
1/2 Day Session (4 hrs.) - $340
Full Day Session (6 hrs.) - $510
$85.00 an hour (4 hour minimum)
Cancellation Policy:
- You must inform Mia Pro Organizer at least 48 hours in advance if you are going to cancel a project or a 50% retention fee will apply. You will pay Mia Pro Organizer 50% of total project price if 48 hour notice is not given in the event of a cancellation.

- We guarantee 100% our work. If you’re not happy with the work we've completed, then we will give you a full refund as long as we are informed within 48 hours of project completion.
Payment:
- Mia Pro Organizer Payments for services performed can be made by cash, check or PayPal online (For PayPal, a 3% surcharge will apply). In the event a check is returned, there is a returned check fee of $30 for which the Client is liable.
